I’m a licensed Realtor with over 45 years of experience helping people buy and sell homes in our local community. Real estate has been my passion and profession for most of my life, and I’ve had the honor of consistently ranking in the top 1% of realtors nationwide. Out of more than 600 agents in my company, I’ve remained one of the top performers year after year.

I’ve always believed that real estate is more than just transactions—it’s about building relationships and providing top-tier service. That’s why I offer concierge-style support to every client, from helping them connect with trusted vendors to creating a custom marketing plan that fits their unique needs. Over the years, I’ve received countless referrals simply by staying true to one principle: take care of people, and they’ll take care of you.

What sets me apart is my deep local knowledge. I know the neighborhoods, schools, city services, shopping centers, and even the local rules like the back of my hand. This insight helps me guide clients through every part of the process with confidence and clarity.

Recently, I’ve teamed up with my son Scott, who brings 16 years of commercial real estate experience to the table. Together, we’re combining our strengths to serve our clients even better—with advanced technology, a strong network of buyer’s agents, a dedicated social media team, and an incredible support staff.

MEET SCOTT

Real estate has always been a part of my life, and I’m proud to continue the legacy my father built—helping people make confident, informed decisions about their properties and investments. With over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients across Los Angeles and beyond, specializing in property acquisition, development, and strategic growth.

Before joining Estate Properties, I gained valuable experience at Re/Max Commercial, Charles Dunn Company, and Simpson Housing, where I learned how to navigate the business from the ground up. My background in sales, strategic planning, business development, negotiation, acquisition programs, and change management allows me to approach every transaction with a balance of insight and precision.

I earned my B.S. in Business Administration from Chapman University, with a focus on Management and Real Estate, and I’ve built my career around the same values my father has always stood for—integrity, service, and relationships first.

Now, working alongside him at Estate Properties, we’ve combined decades of experience with the latest tools in technology, marketing, and client care to offer a modern, full-service real estate experience. Whether it’s commercial or residential, our goal is simple: to help our clients achieve lasting success and find places that truly fit their vision.
